316 SS Filtration assembly set disc filter is made of 316 stainless steel, suitable for the filtration of acid and alkaline solvents. The filter is filtered by pressurized seal, with low filtrate loss and high efficiency . The filter plate adopts the shape of a flat porous plate, has advanced structure , no deformation, and is easy to clean, and can effectively prolong the service life of various filter membranes.
Ultra-high level of polish, inside Ra 0.3μm；Outside Ra 0.4μm. Absolute sanitary polish, electro polished is also available.
Detachable structure, easy to clean.
Besides single layer membrane, double-layer membrane is also applicable.
Max operating temperature：150ºC
Max pressure：8bar
Sterilization on: 121ºC/30min
